I'm building my retirement place in Commerce and live in Houston. I don't have time to supervise the construction and I needed someone I could trust to do it right and make it right if something did not work correctly. Rafter P Construction has done exactly what I needed. What has been done is everything I need - shop with living quarters, equipment shed (which I needed quickly after I bought the equipment), a barn for my wife's horses, a hay barn, plus the 2 acre pond and the house pad for the big house and all of the fencing from barbed wire to pipe fencing. The point is I felt comfortable just turning it over to Brad and would tell him "do it like you would do it on your place". I have not been disappointed.

Rafter P Construction company constructed our new 4000 square foot home which was completed November, 2008. We had no engineered plans and only had a floor plan draft that we provided. They took our plan and brought it up to specifications needed for our project.
The exterior was all metal and the interior was partly "Western Rustic" and partly sheet rock, tape and texture. Rafter P provided excellent workmanship on our home and provided superior support throughout the project and also provided excellent follow-up work for minor repairs after we moved in.
We have had numerous compliments on the design of our home as it is so different from a standard engineered house.
I would highly recommend Rafter P Construction for any project of this type.

The purpose of this memo is to share my pleasant experience as a Rafter P customer and provide my personal recommendation to any potential customer that is considering using Rafter P to construct a barn/building. I am a very satisfied customer that will pursue future projects with this customer oriented company as I have no regrets. In today's business environment, I have found that most companies are looking to work the project as fast and cheap as possible to increase profit. However, my experience with Rafter P was right the opposite as the company was focused on the customer and the quality of the product being produced.
In 2009, my family and I made the decision to build a new barn on our ranch. This was our first experience in building a barn so we researched several construction companies in the local area before making our decision. After discussing the project with several construction companies and evaluating the quotes, we decided to go with Rafter P because Brad Pryor and his team appeared to have more technical expertise than the other companies and seemed to focus more on product quality. The Rafter P team made it clear during our initial discussions that the company would not build a cheap product to turn a deal as they take pride in building a high quality product as they feel the company is as much of a customer as the actual customer.
As we developed the barn design, Rafter P provided guidance and recommendations that made our barn unique and improved the overall appearance of the product. The first time we met you emphasized one recurring theme – quality. You came through with flying colors. Your recommendations were great and I truly appreciate your patience working with us to finalize the plans. I had no idea how creative you can be with a metal building. Material and workmanship are both first class. I truly enjoyed watching and talking with your construction crews – concrete, framers, sheet metal, plumbers and electrician. Not only are they skilled in their trades, their friendly, courteous attitudes were impressive. I didn't get to meet the A/C technician but the air conditioner seems

My only complaint is my wife’s half of the building is really 60%. I still think you had something to do with that!
